This User Agreement ("Agreement") forms a legally binding contract between you ("User", "You") and BizLiveGo, operated by MD Joshim Biswas ("Platform Operator", "We", "Us").
BizLiveGo is an automated technology enabler providing digital profiles, dynamic resumes, portfolio layouts, landing pages, and dynamic QR systems. By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Users may design and publish profiles on behalf of third-party individuals, employers, or corporate clients, provided that:
BizLiveGo operates without pre-publication manual admin screening. Profile generation is instant and programmatic.
Upon completing required template fields and payment gateway verification, your profile URL and dynamic QR code become active instantly without prior human moderation.
Users must review all entered information thoroughly before publishing.
Business Profiles: Configured for public visibility and indexed by web search engines (Google, Bing) based on category relevance.
Resume & Biodata: Set by default with privacy protections (noindex). Public indexing is activated strictly upon explicit user request and appropriate plan selection.
Live URLs remain active for the duration of the chosen service plan. If renewal fees are not completed following reminder notices:
All monetary transactions on BizLiveGo are handled under clear digital product commercial terms.
Financial settlements are conducted via authorized payment gateways (primarily Razorpay, alongside international partners). BizLiveGo does not store sensitive card PINs or authentication credentials.
Because digital profile URLs and dynamic QR codes are provisioned instantly upon payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. Refunds are granted solely for verified double-billing errors or irremediable platform faults.
Separate tiered charges apply for premium custom services, including extended image storage quotas, tailored SEO enhancements, priority indexing packages, and specialized custom domain bindings.
Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act (Intermediary Safe Harbor) and global regulations, BizLiveGo acts purely as a passive platform and neutral host. The user bears sole and exclusive responsibility for uploaded content.
Accounts will be terminated immediately without prior notice or refund if found hosting:
BizLiveGo maintains an ongoing post-publishing review protocol via automated screening scripts and public abuse reporting channels.

When a profile is removed from BizLiveGo servers, the live link deactivates instantly. However, cached previews on independent search engines (Google, Yahoo, Bing) clear according to their external web crawler schedules.
Clear statutory jurisdiction governing this agreement and international conflict rules:
This Agreement shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, including the Information Technology Act and DPDP Rules.
Subject to applicable consumer protection laws that cannot be contractually altered, all disputes, claims, or controversies arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated in Malda, West Bengal, India.
