A Public Profile is a standalone digital webpage rendered through unique live URLs and dynamic QR codes, accessible instantly without login credentials by any visitor possessing the link.
Depending on the user-selected template, published profiles may display:
BizLiveGo does not compel users to complete every optional field. Publishing is entirely at your discretion. Once published, your information is discoverable across the open internet.
Never upload or display confidential identity credentials:
BizLiveGo separates personal profile confidentiality from public commercial business discoverability.
Digital business profiles are configured for public web crawling and indexing by search engines (Google, Bing, Yahoo) to optimize commercial reach.
BizLiveGo cannot guarantee top keyword placements, as crawl schedules depend strictly on external search algorithms.
Personal career resumes, CV portfolios, and matrimonial biodata pages are set with restricted indexing (noindex) by default to prevent unintended exposure.
These profiles remain viewable only by individuals possessing the direct live link or QR code.
Users may deliberately request public search indexing or customized SEO expansion packages for their personal profiles via our Custom Service desk.
Explicit consent is required, acknowledging that search engines will retain public search cached copies.

Profiles are activated automatically upon payment clearance and form completion without prior manual gatekeeping. The publisher maintains direct responsibility for previewing live assets before distribution.
Custom profile handles and slug URLs must not infringe registered trademarks, impersonate existing public brands, or contain abusive phrasing. BizLiveGo reserves the right to reassign disputed handles.
Any platform verification indicator or trust badge represents solely that designated account requirements or phone validations were satisfied. It does not constitute a legal certification or product endorsement.
Users warrant that they own or hold legitimate commercial licenses for all logos, gallery images, portfolio banners, and PDF attachments uploaded. BizLiveGo enforces strict limits on asset sizes and total allocations. Files exceeding plan thresholds may be compressed or restricted.
Users must obtain verifiable consent prior to publishing third-party contact numbers, staff photos, or client listings. Publishing unauthorized personal information violates platform terms and triggers immediate profile deactivation.
How profile takedowns and data erasure requests are processed across internal and external networks:
Affected individuals, trademark holders, or account owners may submit removal notices via our official Contact Us Desk, email, or WhatsApp with proof of authority.
Verified removal requests are actioned within 7 to 15 working days. Upon processing, the live profile URL resolves to 404/Gone and stored media files are permanently unlinked.
While removal from BizLiveGo servers is immediate upon resolution, external third-party search engines (Google, Bing) and internet archive crawlers purge cached snippets strictly according to their independent re-indexing schedules.
