This California Privacy Notice supplements BizLiveGo's overarching Data Protection Policy and applies solely to visitors, registered users, and commercial subscribers who reside in the State of California ("consumers" or "you").

Under California law, "selling" means disclosing personal data for monetary or valuable consideration, and "sharing" refers to cross-context behavioral advertising:

  • We Do Not Sell: BizLiveGo has never sold, rented, or bartered consumer personal data to third parties or data brokers.
  • We Do Not Share for Cross-Context Ads: We do not disclose personal information to external ad networks for cross-context behavioral advertising.
  • Minors: We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing data of consumers under 16 years of age.

4. Absolute Exclusion of Sensitive Government Identifiers

To protect California consumers against identity theft and security incidents, BizLiveGo enforces an architectural ban on collecting high-risk government identity documents:

Never Collected or Stored

Consumers must never upload or submit:

  • Social Security Numbers (SSN), driver's license numbers, state ID cards, or passport numbers.
  • Unredacted government identification cards, citizen cards, or biometric verification files.
  • Raw banking card numbers, CVVs, PIN codes, OTPs, or private authentication passwords.

Sensitive Personal Info (SPI) Use Limitation

Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.121 grants consumers the right to limit the use of Sensitive Personal Information:

  • BizLiveGo processes sensitive data only to provide services reasonably expected by an average consumer (e.g., rendering elective blood donor registries or login security).
  • We do not use Sensitive Personal Information to infer characteristics or for commercial profiling. Consequently, a separate "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" link is not required.
5. Consumer Rights

Your Statutory Rights Under the CCPA & CPRA

California residents have specific legal rights regarding their personal data under state law:

1. Right to Know & Access

Request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected, sources, business purposes, third-party recipients, and the specific pieces of data held (including historical data beyond 12 months where maintained).

2. Right to Delete

Request permanent deletion of personal information collected from you, subject to limited statutory exceptions (such as tax compliance, security defense, and active legal obligations).

3. Right to Correct

Request the correction of inaccurate or outdated personal information maintained in your digital profiles, business listings, or account credentials via self-service or support.

4. Right to Opt-Out of Sale / Sharing

Direct a business that sells or shares personal data to stop doing so. (BizLiveGo does not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioral ads).

5. Right to Data Portability

Obtain your personal information in a portable, easily usable format (JSON, CSV, or PDF) that allows you to transmit the data to another platform without hindrance.

6. Right to Non-Discrimination

We will never deny services, charge different prices, degrade quality, or penalize you for exercising any of your statutory CCPA/CPRA rights.

6. Automated Signals

Global Privacy Control (GPC) Compliance

In strict compliance with 11 CCR § 7025, BizLiveGo detects and automatically honors Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals broadcast by your browser.

  • When a GPC signal is detected, all non-essential analytics and marketing tracking scripts are automatically set to disabled.
  • We treat GPC signals as a valid opt-out request for that specific browser/device without requiring additional forms.
  • You can also adjust choices at any time via our interactive Cookie Preferences panel.
7. Shine the Light

California "Shine the Light" Law (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.83)

California's "Shine the Light" law permits California residents to request details regarding whether a business discloses personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes.

2. Identity Verification

To protect your information from unauthorized access or malicious deletion, we verify identity by matching the email address and profile credentials previously registered with our service. Authorized agents must submit written legal authorization signed by the consumer.

3. Response SLA (45 Days)

Under CCPA § 1798.130, we confirm receipt within 10 business days and provide a substantive response within 45 calendar days. If reasonably necessary, an extension of up to 45 additional days may be utilized with formal written notice.
