BizLiveGo functions as a Controller regarding information submitted to manage platform accounts and profile listings:

• No Data Sales: We do not sell consumer personal information for monetary or other valuable consideration.
• No Targeted Ad Tracking: We do not engage in targeted advertising based on cross-context behavioral tracking across non-affiliated properties.
• No Harmful Profiling: We do not conduct automated profiling producing legal or similarly significant effects.

1. Right to Confirm & Access

Confirm whether we process your personal data and access a copy of the specific pieces of information we maintain about you in a clear, usable format.

2. Right to Correct

Correct inaccuracies in your personal records, considering the nature of the data and processing purposes, via your account dashboard or direct support ticket.

3. Right to Delete

Request the deletion of personal data provided by or obtained about you, subject to limited statutory exceptions (such as tax compliance and network security).

4. Right to Data Portability

Obtain your personal records in a portable, readily usable format (JSON, CSV, PDF) that allows you to transmit the data to another controller without hindrance.

5. Right to Opt-Out

Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.

6. Right to Non-Discrimination

We will not deny goods or services, charge different rates, or provide a different level of quality because you exercised any statutory privacy right.

Universal Opt-Out Mechanisms (UOOM) & GPC

States including Colorado, Connecticut, Montana, Oregon, and Texas require recognition of universal browser-level opt-out signals:

• Global Privacy Control (GPC): When our web engines detect a GPC signal, all non-essential analytics and marketing scripts are automatically set to disabled.
• Frictionless Opt-Out: No account login, fee, or secondary form is required for browser-level opt-outs to take effect.
• Interactive Control: Users can also adjust options manually through our Cookie Preferences panel.

Authorized Agent Submissions

Where permitted by applicable state law (e.g., Colorado, Connecticut, Oregon):

• An authorized agent may submit an opt-out or access request on your behalf.
• We require proof that you gave the agent signed permission to act on your behalf.
• We may ask you to verify your identity directly with us before fulfilling requests submitted by third parties.

1. Submitting a Request

Lodge a request via our Privacy Request Center or email support@bizlivego.com. Specify your state of residence and the specific right you wish to exercise.

2. Response Timeline (45 Days)

We respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 calendar days. If reasonably necessary, we may extend the response period by an additional 45 days upon written notice explaining the delay.

3. Statutory Right of Appeal

If we decline to take action on your request, we will explain our reasons. You have the statutory right to appeal by replying to the decision or writing to support@bizlivego.com (Attn: Appeals) within 60 days.
