Deploying dynamic QR code resolvers and legitimate web profile links.
Managing client profile deployments under verified written agency authority.

2. User Responsibilities

Account Custodianship & Compliance

Every registered user and profile administrator is bound to:

Maintain strict confidentiality over account credentials and multi-factor authenticators.
Ensure all submitted commercial data, professional claims, and media are accurate.
Comply with applicable local and international commercial advertising statutes.
Maintain independent off-platform backups of all uploaded profile materials.

The following actions constitute material violations triggering immediate profile deactivation, permanent account termination, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

Impersonating registered enterprises, public officials, or platform administrators.
Forging professional degrees, medical licenses, or corporate registry numbers.

Abuse, Harm & Exploitation

Targeted harassment, defamation, extortion, or incitement of violence.
Exploitation of minors or hosting non-consensual intimate imagery.
Distributing unlawful substances, regulated contraband, or black-market products.

Privacy & Identity Breaches

Publishing government identification numbers or unredacted ID cards.
Displaying private financial records, passwords, CVVs, or payment credentials.
Doxxing private residential addresses or non-public personal telephone numbers.

Preserving the reliability, stability, and cyber defense posture of BizLiveGo server clusters:

1. Anti-Malware Safeguards

Uploading executable binaries, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, or hosting destination URLs facilitating phishing exploits is strictly banned.

Any detected payload triggers automated IP blacklisting and immediate cloud storage purging.

2. Scraping & Bot Limits

Automated scrapers, aggressive data-mining scripts, headless browser harvesters, and bulk account generation bots are completely forbidden.

Automated traffic is restricted to verified commercial search crawlers (e.g., Googlebot, Bingbot).

3. Infrastructure Protection

Users must not launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, perform unauthorized port scanning, probe vulnerability exploits, or bypass API quotas.

Circumventing server rate limiters results in immediate hosting firewall blocks.

Where AI tools are deployed to assist in drafting biographies or business descriptions, publishers must verify output accuracy. AI must never be utilized to create synthetic identities, fake diplomas, or manipulated reviews.

Clean Search Optimization

Manipulative SEO tricks—including keyword stuffing, hidden zero-pixel text, doorway pages, and trademark brand-jacking—are prohibited. Discovered profiles are de-indexed immediately.

6. Moderation & Sanctions

How BizLiveGo handles policy contraventions, abuse tickets, and takedown processing:

Graduated Sanctions

Depending on severity, enforcement entails mandatory correction warnings, selective media asset removal, live link de-routing, temporary suspension, or permanent account expulsion.

Abuse Reporting Desk

Third parties, rights owners, and consumer visitors may submit formal violation reports via our official Contact Desk or direct support email with supporting documentation.

Processing SLA (7–15 Days)

Verified removal requests and legitimate infringement notices are fully processed within 7 to 15 working days. Severe security exploits and scams are terminated immediately upon confirmation.

7. Responsible Disclosure

Security Vulnerability Reporting

Security researchers identifying potential system vulnerabilities are urged to report findings confidentially to support@bizlivego.com.

Researchers must grant reasonable resolution timeframes and refrain from exfiltrating personal user records, disrupting production systems, or disclosing details publicly prior to patch deployment.

8. Platform Neutrality

Absence of Commercial Warranties

BizLiveGo functions as an automated technology intermediary and profile hosting suite. We do not endorse merchant offerings, verify user authenticity, or guarantee customer acquisition.

All transactions and interactions occurring via published links are solely between profile publishers and their independent visitors.
