1. Introduction

Platform Purpose & Verification Mission

BizLiveGo provides web-based tools enabling enterprises, local merchants, service contractors, and independent professionals to publish live profiles and dynamic QR codes.

2. Scope

Where This Policy Applies

This policy governs all commercial verification processes across the platform, including:

  • Local retail shops, general stores, dining establishments, and service businesses.
  • Corporate landing pages, agencies, consultants, and educational institutions.
  • Regulated medical clinics, legal advisors, and financial intermediaries.
  • Verification status labels, trust markers, and search directory tags.
Critical Disclaimer

3. Meaning of Verification & Non-Endorsement Disclaimer

Business verification is a non-governmental technical review confirming that specific submitted details align with submitted documentation. It is not an absolute warranty or safety guarantee.

What Verification Represents

  • Confirmation of submitted business name, phone number, and domain ownership.
  • Validation of physical location through user-pinned Google Maps coordinates.
  • Receipt of relevant business registry licenses or tax filing documentation.
  • Proof of operational email or documented client representation authority.

What Verification DOES NOT Mean

  • Does not guarantee financial solvency, delivery quality, or legal perfection.
  • Does not mean BizLiveGo endorses, warrants, or certifies products sold.
  • Does not confirm ongoing statutory compliance or substitute government licensing.
  • Does not guarantee protection against merchant commercial default.
4. Verification Evidence

Requested Information & Document Standards

To evaluate authenticity, BizLiveGo collects specific commercial evidence while protecting sensitive identifiers:

1. Business Identity

Official trading name, operating address, category, business phone, domain ownership records, and active company email addresses.

Unregistered micro-merchants may verify via utility bills, storefront photos, and geotagged signage.

2. Corporate & Tax Evidence

Certificates of Incorporation, trade licenses, GST/tax registrations, shop establishment permits, or professional bar/medical council registrations.

All submitted registration documents must be current, legible, and unexpired.

3. Redaction Requirement

Users must redact sensitive individual numbers (such as national ID card digits, passport numbers, personal bank card numbers, or passwords) prior to upload.

Only commercial operational identifiers should remain visible.

5. Workflow & Badges

Review Lifecycle, Badge Rules & Regulated Sectors

Operational parameters governing review decisions, trust markers, and specialized professions:

Review Workflow

Requests are submitted via account dashboards. Evidence undergoes automated cross-referencing and manual compliance checks, resulting in approval, rejection, or requests for additional proof.

Trust Badge Limitations

Verification badges apply exclusively to specific verified data attributes. Badges cannot be transferred, sold, or displayed outside the authorized profile URL, and may be suspended upon profile changes.

Regulated Industries

Healthcare providers, legal counsel, and financial advisory profiles must produce valid statutory practice licenses. Platform verification does not replace government accreditation.

6. Revocation & Compliance

Status Revocation, Information Changes & Forgery Penalties

Maintaining the ongoing integrity of verification designations:

1. Revocation Grounds

Verification is revoked immediately if submitted licenses expire, ownership disputes arise, customer complaints prove deceptive practices, or the account contravenes platform policies.

2. Material Changes

Altering the commercial trade name, business category, corporate entity, or operational address triggers re-verification. Status remains paused until new documentation is verified.

3. Forgery Sanctions

Submitting forged licenses, altered tax documents, stolen utility bills, or fake accreditation triggers permanent account expulsion, public badge removal, and legal referral.

7. Appeals Protocol

Appealing Rejections & Revocations (7–15 Days SLA)

If verification is rejected or revoked, the account owner may lodge a formal appeal via support@bizlivego.com with supplementary official documentation and proof of authority.

Appeals and verification re-evaluations are investigated and resolved within 7 to 15 working days.

8. Intermediary Neutrality

Consumer Due Diligence & Safe Harbor

Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act and global intermediary frameworks, BizLiveGo acts as a neutral web host. Displaying a verified badge does not transfer merchant liabilities to BizLiveGo.

Consumers are strictly advised to independently evaluate commercial proposals before remitting payments or executing commercial contracts.
