Severe or repeated policy breaches trigger complete live link suspension, rendering the profile unreachable over the web until full compliance or formal expulsion occurs.

6. Due Process & Appeals

User Notifications, Due Process & 7–15 Day Appeal SLAs

How account owners are informed and given opportunities to contest contested decisions:

1. Administrative Notice

Where legally permitted and practically safe, BizLiveGo notifies the account owner detailing the sanction applied, the specific policy violated, and instructions for appeal.

2. Filing an Appeal

If you believe content was restricted in error, submit a review request via support@bizlivego.com with your profile URL, proof of rights, and a detailed explanation of compliance.

3. Review Timelines (7–15 Days)

Appeals and inbound user reports are investigated and resolved within 7 to 15 working days. Verified erroneous takedowns are restored promptly upon review completion.

7. Safe Harbor

Intermediary Legal Status

Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act and global safe harbor provisions, BizLiveGo operates as an automated intermediary. Moderation activities do not transfer legal ownership or civil liability to BizLiveGo.

The user uploading the content remains solely accountable for its legality, copyright licensing, and factual claims.

8. Moderation Limitations

No Promise of Continuous Screening

BizLiveGo does not guarantee that every violation will be detected prior to publication. Profiles publish programmatically upon checkout clearance.

Community members and rights holders are encouraged to report violations via our official reporting desk to facilitate timely investigation.
