How Ingested Data is Processed, Formatted & Rendered

Field values are processed through automated template engines, generating responsive mobile-optimized HTML, SVG QR resolvers, and downloadable PDF resume files.

2. Geolocation & Pin Processing

Where store locations are configured, user-selected map coordinates (Latitude and Longitude) are converted into interactive Google Maps embeds to enable turn-by-turn customer navigation.

3. AI-Assisted Processing

Where AI formatting tools are deployed, input text is processed ephemerally through external APIs to draft biographies or format text. User inputs are not utilized to train third-party public models.

7. Retention Schedule

Data is retained on active server clusters for the operational duration of your selected profile plan.

User-Initiated Deletion: Requests submitted via our Contact Desk are actioned within 7 to 15 working days.
Statutory Retention: Invoices and transaction receipts are retained for statutory accounting audit periods as required by tax law.
Backup Purges: Encrypted system recovery snapshots are permanently overwritten in standard 30-day rotational cycles.

8. Public Web Caching

Search Engine Caches & External Archives

When BizLiveGo processes an account deletion, all database records are wiped and the live URL immediately resolves to a 404/Gone status.

However, external search engines (Google, Bing) and third-party web crawlers clear historical cached snippets in accordance with their independent re-indexing schedules outside BizLiveGo's technical control.
