Defining our operational data lifecycles, active subscription storage, statutory tax record retention periods, rotational backup sanitization, and automated deletion SLAs globally.

This Data Retention Policy governs all information stored, archived, and processed across BizLiveGo servers, edge nodes, dynamic QR code engines, and cold backups.
We enforce the principle of Storage Limitation: personal data is preserved only for the specific timeframe required to fulfill legitimate platform purposes or satisfy statutory mandates.
Retention is governed by strict technical milestones:
How long different data categories remain on our active clusters and backup networks:
User credentials & auth:
Live cards & portfolios:
Tax invoices & receipts:
Access & security logs:
Because BizLiveGo strictly bans the collection of high-risk government identity documents, our systems maintain a zero-retention architecture for sensitive personal identifiers:
Special category fields uploaded for emergency blood registries or matrimonial biodata:
How data is permanently wiped from active clusters and rotational recovery snapshots:
Upon receiving a verified deletion request, the user's database records are permanently deleted, asset links severed, and the public URL set to resolve immediately to 404/Gone.
Encrypted disaster recovery snapshots are maintained on automated rolling cycles. Residual data trapped in backup snapshots is permanently overwritten and destroyed within 30 days.
Where physical disk overwriting is delayed by cloud storage architectures, data is rendered inaccessible through cryptographic key revocation (destroying the decryption keys).
Notwithstanding account deletion requests, certain minimal records must be retained pursuant to applicable statutes:
While data is instantly expunged from BizLiveGo servers, external platforms operate independently:
How users can initiate data deletion and the associated handling timeframes:
Data principals may request account deletion, data purging, or profile decommissioning via our official Contact Us Desk or email.
To prevent malicious takedowns or unauthorized erasure, BizLiveGo conducts verification using the registered email address before executing account deletion.
Verified deletion requests are actioned within 7 to 15 working days. Live profile routing is severed immediately, and primary database purging proceeds thereafter.
Consolidated overview of data categories, retention horizons, and sanitization protocols:
| Data Category | Retention Period | Sanitization Action |
|---|---|---|
| Profile Content & Media | Active subscription lifecycle + 30-day grace period. | Permanent database deletion; files unlinked. |
| Account Credentials | Duration of user account registration. | Database record expunged upon deletion request. |
| Tax & Billing Invoices | Up to 8 years under statutory tax & accounting mandates. | Archived in encrypted cold storage; purged post-term. |
| Server Security Logs | Rolling cycle of 90 to 180 days under cyber regulations. | Automated FIFO (First-In, First-Out) log rotation. |
| System Backups | Up to 30 days on rotational disaster recovery cycles. | Permanently overwritten on rolling snapshot schedule. |
| Prohibited ID Data | Zero retention (strictly forbidden on the platform). | Immediate purge upon detection or report. |
| User Deletion SLA | Processed within 7 to 15 working days of verification. | Immediate live link deactivation (404/Gone). |
