Purchasing a BizLiveGo template, SEO package, or live URL does not imply that BizLiveGo has verified, audited, or certified your commercial identity.
Users are barred from falsely asserting government or official institutional endorsements.
Deploying AI tools or image generators to construct fake executive personas, fabricated doctor testimonials, or fictitious staff photos to mislead visitors is strictly prohibited.
All represented individuals must be genuine, verifiable legal entities.
Users must never upload or publicly expose sensitive identity numbers, unredacted government identity cards, passport copies, private residential addresses, bank account numbers, or authentication passwords.
Displaying sensitive credentials belonging to another person constitutes an immediate, unappealable violation.
BizLiveGo prohibits brand-squatting or registering profile handles identical or confusingly similar to established third-party trademarks.
We reserve the unilateral right to reassign, release, or modify disputed live URLs upon receipt of verified trademark documentation.
How BizLiveGo processes impersonation notices, verifies authority, and restores legitimate accounts:
Affected individuals or corporate representatives may submit an impersonation notice via our official Contact Desk or email with supporting evidence.
Complaints must include proof of business registration, trademark certificates, government-issued photo ID (with non-essential digits redacted), and the disputed profile link.
Verified impersonation and trademark complaints are investigated and resolved within 7 to 15 working days. Impersonating links are disabled immediately upon verification.
Under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act and global safe harbor provisions, BizLiveGo serves as an automated technical platform. Publishing user-submitted data does not constitute platform verification or endorsement.
The user uploading the content remains exclusively liable for all civil, criminal, and commercial consequences of false identity claims.
When BizLiveGo suspends an impersonating profile, its live link resolves to 404/Gone immediately on our servers.
However, external search engines (Google, Bing) clear cached previews and historical search snippets according to their independent web crawl and index schedules.
