Digital Software Licensing Standard

These Template Purchase Terms constitute an enforceable commercial contract between BizLiveGo (operated by MD Joshim Biswas) and developers, marketing agencies, outdoor media operators, or commercial enterprises purchasing website source templates, landing page bundles, or UI layout code.

Our template sales adhere strictly to the Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 of India.

Included Code & Asset Frameworks

Acquiring a BizLiveGo template grants rights to specialized, production-ready code:

• Zero-Cut Viewport Engines: Proprietary auto-scaling JavaScript architecture rendering desktop canvas layers dynamically.

1. Single Commercial License

Grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy, modify, and publish the template for one (1) single live end-product or domain (personal or single business entity).

• Zero Reselling: You may not sell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the raw template files or modified code bundles on marketplaces (such as ThemeForest, GitHub, or Gumroad).
• No Competing Clone Engines: You may not extract our core viewport scaling or dynamic sync algorithms to build competing digital profile-creation platforms.
• Asset Restrictions: Demo branding assets, logos, and outdoor media mockup images are proprietary and must be replaced with your own commercial assets prior to live launch.

Permitted Modifications & Developer Rights

Technical Defect Warranty & Developer Support

BizLiveGo guarantees that template source files are free from syntax errors, console bugs, and structural flaws at the time of delivery:

• 48-Hour Remediation Warranty: If a template file contains a reproducible core defect (e.g., broken dynamic sync script or broken map preview) and our team cannot resolve it within 48 hours, you qualify for an immediate 100% refund.
• 12 Months of Technical Updates: Includes free access to template code updates, bug patches, and viewport engine optimizations for 1 year.
• Scope of Support: Support covers core template functionality, dynamic input sync debugging, and installation guidance (excludes general third-party server troubleshooting).

Refund Grounds & 7 to 15 Working Days Settlement SLA

Due to the intangible nature of downloadable software source code, refund requests operate under precise conditions:

• Qualifying Grounds: Unfixable core code defects, non-delivery due to server synchronization failure, or unintended duplicate payment debits.
• Non-Refundable Scenarios: Change of mind after downloading the complete unencrypted source code, or lack of requisite web development skills to customize HTML/CSS/JS.
• Settlement Timelines: Approved refunds are reversed via gateway API within 24 to 48 hours and credit the original funding source within 7 to 15 working days.
