BizLiveGo provides web-based business profile publication tools, responsive zero-cut viewports, dynamic QR redirection routing, and downloadable bio generators on a prepaid SaaS subscription model.
Accounts must be operated by persons at least 18 years of age possessing legal capacity to contract.
Subscribers retain ownership of trademarks and media uploaded to profiles while granting BizLiveGo a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, cache, and distribute assets across edge CDN nodes.
Users are solely responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and maintaining local data backups.

These Master Terms, privacy disclosures, and commercial agreements shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed exclusively in accordance with the substantive laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
Before initiating formal arbitration, parties agree to engage in good-faith informal negotiation for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from receipt of written dispute notice sent to our legal desk at support@bizlivego.com.
Unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration seated in Malda, West Bengal, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, conducted in English by a sole arbitrator appointed by mutual consent.
Subject to the binding arbitration covenant above, the civil courts having competent territorial jurisdiction in Malda and the High Court at Calcutta, West Bengal, India, shall possess sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any auxiliary legal proceedings, injunctions, or enforcement decrees arising under these Terms.
